brake lines off a 2500 2wd 1994 GM truck are a direct replacment and are 4 inches longer for the front. The rear NAPA can get a longer one with the correct ends I just dont remember the number. there like 9 bucks a pop CHEAP!!!
the engine has to reach about 1000 RPM to get the alternators to start chaging. This is fine! Replace the bulbs with 194 bulbs. Time to get the TM's and a repair manual.
lol there is no wheel cylinder the converts fluid brakes to air... where do people get this stuff. Air brakes work by using a external chamber..... Google "air brake chamber" and do some research on how they work. If you want full air brakes you will need to change all of your axles out, or like...
like Kip said... the parts to rebuild (well there all new beside the case and they dont go bad unless you smash them with a hammer), so its really a BRAND NEW INJECTOR for 65$ for all 8 of them. If you can take a spark plug out you can rebuild a 6.2/6.5 injector. ITS JUST THE EZ!
I have a full set I would sell. You will have to take the intake off to get the line(s) changed out. I would sell a whole set for 50 with shipping to the ower 48. send me a PM if you want them.
some people say to use a auto paint hardener, I my self have never use it I just let it air dry and bake it in the sun for a couple days. But I think I will try using a paint hardener when I paint my 5 ton.
The killer of the engines is High RPM for long time and overheating. The 6.2 will rev to 3500 no problem but she wont take it for long trips down the road. Keep the oil and filter changed every 5k and good fuel and filter. Also make sue the radiator and t stat/hoses are good, You should be good...
