plugged oil galley. Really if it was me.. I would start it and floor it just for a second. Try to force it out. you can try adding some STP oil treatment or seafome to help brake up the gunk. also it may take a couple of running to fill the valve lifters and get out out of the push rods.

there should be a plate opposite of the valves and all that on the rim.. like a big wheel weight. and my bad on the bias ply.. you have radials. A larger tire will act the same but not as bad as a bias ply. Make sure the counter weight is on the rim.
ok I got it.. No you need the military brackets. The Alts are LARGE case GM units with Isolated grounds. You need to have a military type Isolated ground on the right (passenger side) but the driver side you can use a "autozone" replacement. Look in the wkie or whatever that is on the CUCV here...
that happens to all my Hmmwv's too.. if we don't start them every couple weeks we have to jump them. There is something some place that draws some how. There that should explain everything
