well will have to vent the condencer to the outside. really.... sounds like a bad idea.... too much work to make it function, and will look like trash. For 1000 bucks or less you can install a factory looking ac system.
the welds looks like ars.. I bet that is what they are talking about. If it was a field repair it for sure would not have lasted and or would have been replaced as soon as it got back to the shop.
Well you can get injectors kits cheaper on Ebay.. I have posted many times! and If I'm not wrong here I think the 6.5 and the 6.2 uses different fuel pressures and are not interchangeable.
I replaced mine in 2005 with the updated gaskets and bumped the fuel ski high and never had a problem. I had a old Army friend tell me that if you use the old gaskets spray them with RTV copper and you will be good to roll.
if you do use one get the freeze plug type. it goes on the driver side of the engine. There about 35 bucks from NAPA and work great. My last 09 i did not install a heater and I never had a problem.
you replace the front axle U joints? Also check the front drive shaft U joints. Take a look at the bearings also and make sure the ball joints are good. But I bet on the Axle U joints are frozen. I have had to replace every single one on all of my blazers.
