She looks rough but that's still one heck of a deal. The air assist and the t-case PTO alone are worth more than the tow bill home. I still see a minimum of $2,000 worth of parts there. Shoot, I gave $200 for a truck in worse shape that that just for the t-case PTO.
You should be able to find a plate off almost any trans. The plates are a standard size and any trans of any make of similar size will have a cover on it that will work.
I've never counted the leafs. I assumed that the springs were the same on all of them. I've got a truck W/W and Wo/W so I...
I've never personally bought a truck that had the fluids drained but if they did you'd still need to put oil in the rears and t-case if you're going to tow it.
Just look on the data tag on the side of the block. If it says "multifuel" you're good to go.
All joking aside, even if the FDC is bypassed you can still run other fuels. There are many members on here with bypassed FDC that run alot of different fuels and some say the FDC does more...

ARYankee, I just gave you some positive reputation to see how it worked and for your informative post.
I had noticed in the past that people gave me rep but I had no idea how they were doing it. I did notice that I had some green (positive) and some blue (neutral). When I gave ARYankee...
Pay no attention to condition codes. They are notoriously wrong as to the true condition of the item. Best thing to do is go look at the truck in person if you want to know what shape the truck is in. If not it's a roll of the dice.
Looks like some sort of deuce to me. Could it be some kind of foreign M35 type truck? It looks as if it may have CTIS on the back. I can't tell for sure but I think I see air line shields on the back wheels. Somebody could have just added them for looks I guess.
Dang, I should have be you. It's still here. :)
What's the offical rule about gambling in the forums?
Mods, Don't answer that. I'm sure I know the answer.
:ditto:
Same here also. I fought ignition problems with the stock waterproof ignition. I replaced it with a civilain ignition and all the problems went away. I'm still running points but if they start giving problems I'll go electronic.
