    Torque rod removal

Well, obviously a truck torque rod is bigger and will require more than the love tap demonstrated in the video(on a car).

    Torque rod removal

You hit the part(with a hammer) that has the tapered hole in it, not the tapered shaft. Like this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpAwM2xH-IU

cold start problems its that time of year

I have ac60 gps, and the stock controller system works just fine with them. Never needed to cycle twice, ever. Under 0F, I would suggest you may want to cycle them twice before cranking. We are working on creating a simple and correct sticky for resupplying the GP relay with 12V. There are...

cold start problems its that time of year

You may hear the relay click, but that is no indication that the GPs are heating(but they should be). After all this, I strongly recomend you resupply the GP relay with 12v.

Burned fusible link fixed it still no power

Try adding a good sized wire beteewn your front battery negative terminal and the motor (ground). You could use a regular automotive jumper cable. Then, see if you still have the problem. I'm wondering if your engine is not grounded well, and your backfeeding into one of the items on the...

    Tow air lines.

No emergency, and it's not the service line. It goes into the airpack booster air cylinder only. Charging the service line would do nothing.

    Tow air lines.

Short airpacks will need the J tube modfied. Long air packs, you can put a valve and connection on the pipe plug on the rear of the air cylinder cover.
