Well, I used them(looked in more than one parts tm) and came up with what he needed. No calls to dealers. Just looked and there it was(the part he needed) and found the part specs(so it can be sourced locally) or orded from his dealer(by Cummins part number).
So, I just looked at the TMs and found the part you need.
Googled it and found this.
Seems like a normal oring.
Worst case, order the part with the part number(from cummins) from the TM(it's a Cummins number). 67270 Cummins...
What do you mean by, "they weren't able to pull anything up"?
Are you saying they could not identify the parts with your engine tag information?
Just a guess but, the oem part numbers(with an exploded view) should be in the appropriate TM for your truck.
There should not be any thread sealant on them either.
They use a "self biting" ferrule.
You lines may have been bent out the way(wrong way to gain access). Never bend the lines.
You probably need new lines.
If your leaking at the hydraulic head end of the lines, there is no washer there.
Overtightening may be your issue. You may need new lines.
