Wires going into rearmost axle @ brakes, what are they for?

Speed sensor for CTIS, is my guess. I saw the sensor in the TM a while back, but I don't recall for sure. Try looking at the TM.

    NHC250 camshaft cover plate seal

Well, I used them(looked in more than one parts tm) and came up with what he needed. No calls to dealers. Just looked and there it was(the part he needed) and found the part specs(so it can be sourced locally) or orded from his dealer(by Cummins part number).

And don't change the gaskets/shims thickness. That is set for the cam endplay.

    NHC250 camshaft cover plate seal

So, I just looked at the TMs and found the part you need. Googled it and found this. Seems like a normal oring. Worst case, order the part with the part number(from cummins) from the TM(it's a Cummins number). 67270 Cummins...

    NHC250 camshaft cover plate seal

What do you mean by, "they weren't able to pull anything up"? Are you saying they could not identify the parts with your engine tag information? Just a guess but, the oem part numbers(with an exploded view) should be in the appropriate TM for your truck.

    injector line problems

There should not be any thread sealant on them either. They use a "self biting" ferrule. You lines may have been bent out the way(wrong way to gain access). Never bend the lines. You probably need new lines.

    injector line problems

If your leaking at the hydraulic head end of the lines, there is no washer there. Overtightening may be your issue. You may need new lines. I'll edit your title.

    injector line problems

We ask that members do not use bold HELP in titles, unless broken down on the road, in a true emergengy situation. We know people post because they need help. That's the point of the site. Yes, the washers can be purchased. Try an MV bussiness. Several site sponsors advertise on the...

    What is this wire?

I'll teach him about the TMs next time. He did say he did not find it on the schematics. That told me he tried. I enjoy helping new guys, just as much as everyone else. I really do. If I didn't think I could help, I would not post(even the rtm comments).

    What is this wire?

Yes, power goes to the air valve, then the wire goes up the column to the horn button. Push the button and you ground the circuit.
  16. doghead

    What is this wire?

Because your horn button is at the other end.
  17. doghead

    What is this wire?

Yes, wire # 10 feeds the circuit breaker. After that, it's all wire #25 for the horn circuit.
  18. doghead

    What is this wire?

Sure it is. It's wire # 25. Shown on the schematic above the blackout drive light and below the alternator.
