Air brake issues - please help!!!

Caging a normally used air brake chamber, will simply compress the parking/emergency spring. It leave the service brakes operational. In the case of this trailer, I think he simply needs to cross his lines to get it to work. He actually only needs to connect and use the service line to the...

Air brake issues - please help!!!

It appears that that is a dual chamber 30/30 brake chamber. And perhaps they are simply only using the service brake side. That would explain the cage bolt. Did you try crossing the lines? In the last picture, the rim clamps look like angle iron. Are they correct parts?

    Liquid Tire Balance (How To)

The CTIS system needs clean dry air. Anything else will contaminate the system. Where do you think the air goes when the pressure is lowered? Whatever you put in, will come out when the pressure is lowered by the system. I almost refrenced a manual, but I know how you guys think they are a...

NP208 front output shaft seal-Can't seem to find one & I'm stumped

Simply looking at the picture of the T case in the -20PTM, gets you the correct part number. 29940-0435 and a Google search for that gets you, http://www.autopartoo.com/oem/garlock/299400435.html All that in 2 minutes from my laptop.

I heard that you have to turn in your Man Card to use FB, is that true Phil?

    M1009 not turning over.

A good starting point would be to read and follow the -20TM, in the troubleshooting section, where it covers "does not start".
