    Air Pack nomenclature question

You'll need to source a new end cap from a used air pack. That is not a part that is commonly available separately. I would remove the broken part by taking the end cap off the air pack, put it in a vise and slowly drill it out, or use an easy out. Then re-tap the threads and reinstall it...

    MEP-003a too much voltage

Please add your State to your location information. This is a site requirement. What was the HZ reading? did it simply warm up and rev up? Have you idled it ever? This is known to ruin the voltage regulator.

    Jet A fuel??

When you stop, look at your plug and determine if it is square or hex socket. If it is hex socket, buy a 3/8" all-thread coupling(can be used with a wrench or socket), or a 9/16" Allen socket for your plug. Any 80/90wt gear oil will work. GL5 or GL1. It should be "yellow metal safe", but most...

    Jet A fuel??

Yes, it is checked and filled at the same location. You can do it warm, just be careful. it will be hot. Unless your leaving a trail or dripping continuously, you probably will make it all the way without needing to check it.

    M818 sucking air

Sounds like a sticking valve in the pump, to me. I use carb and choke cleaner and Q tips. Notice that the needle valve is spring loaded(on the end of the pump shaft)

    Jet A fuel??

There is a plug(pipe plug) on the side of the transmission, about 4-5 inches up. it may be a square head or 9/16 hex head pipe plug. You remove the plug and use a finger to feel the oil level. it should be about an inch below the hole. Use caution, as it will be very hot after driving...

    m1009 won't start need help !!

9 volts is not enough to engage or hold the starter solenoid engaged(causing clicking sound). If you battery was dead, you may have a bad alternator. Your belt could be loose or missing. Your battery connections could be loose. Or ? Charge your battery, start it. Measure your battery...

    Jet A fuel??

Look down at the dash, just above the steering column. There is a data plate right there, that tells you which fuels are allowed.

    M818 sucking air

It could suck air there, if one of the check-valves in the pump are sticking open. Does the hand pump feel like it operates quickly and efficiently? I ended up replacing the lines on my hand pump, to get rid of a very similar issue. I had replaced the orings and cleaned the check valves...
