You should be able to get a new shutoff locally or online It's a standard(24v) Cummins part. The part number should be in the forums or in a TM ending in -P. That number is a Cummins number.

A stationary storage tank is instrumental in letting the water separate.
Unless you figure out how to makea continuous centrifuge without handling the processed oil, I don't see a good way to do this "on the road".
You may need to rewire some things with the correct gauge wiring, to accommodate the new loads with 12 volts.
Basically, you should re-engineer the whole wiring harness.
