You should be able to get a new shutoff locally or online It's a standard(24v) Cummins part. The part number should be in the forums or in a TM ending in -P. That number is a Cummins number. Here's one source. http://www.eriksmilitarysurplus.com/fucova24vofo.html

The correct name of the parts should be listed in a -P TM. Installation (with pics) should be in the -10TM.

ISO32 (hydraulic fluid) is about the same, other than additives. Do you know exactly what you need? There must be a tractor supply or Allison trans shop in Souther Cal.

Spray it with something like WD40 or a cleaner/lube and call it good.

A stationary storage tank is instrumental in letting the water separate. Unless you figure out how to makea continuous centrifuge without handling the processed oil, I don't see a good way to do this "on the road".

You may need to rewire some things with the correct gauge wiring, to accommodate the new loads with 12 volts. Basically, you should re-engineer the whole wiring harness.

Water separation take expensive and disposable filters, time and or heat. Process it at home. Also, most places will want you in and out asap.

Does it get hot? Does the smoke smell "electrical" Does it run? You could manually override it and disconnect, just to run it.

Sorry, I deleted that info and rewrote my post, when I noticed your description said compressor was changed (not an assembly). Did your shutoff solenoid get wet?

What size alternator and batteries did you choose to use?

HAs the IP been tampered with? There should be 2 lead/wire seals on the adjustment points.

Is the air filter dirty? Does the truck have a turbo?
