It might help you to look at the tech manuals. TM9-2320-361-24P will have an exploded view of every part on your truck. Great for identifying and location parts.
Wheel cylinders are mounted on the brake backing plate, underneath the brake drums.
Here's a list of engines, part numbers and fuel pump versions.

Hard to say.
Pulling the floor panel and top if the transmission takes about 15 minutes. No need to drain the oil either.
I'd just have a look to know.
Have you guys checked/tightened your short drive shaft(between the trans and t case) bolts lately? They are notorious for coming loose and producing an harmonic vibration.
