    I just edited my previous post(#11). The horn does have power all the time, it is supplied by wire number 10(before the ignition switch).

    There is no such thing as one magic TM that will always help you. They are not designed like that. When talking truck TMs, simply think 3 levels. Level one (basic), operators manual(how to drive and use the truck). ends in -10 Level two (mechanical repairs) the type of basic maintenance...

    Just to see, I went out and measured the resistance in one of my horn solenoids. It measured 14.8 ohms. (maybe this will be useful later on)

    The CB should have continuity (and low to no ohms). Always test continuity or resistance with nothing connected and no voltage applied. No easy way for you to test it(for function). There should be no voltage drop out of the CB.

    Yes, it's a coil inside. So there should be continuity between the two terminals on the solenoid. If not, that is one sure indicator it is bad.

    Sounds like you have a bad horn solenoid. With the wires disconnected from it, is there continuity between the two terminals? (there should be).
