There are many members that can use this site for info, that do not "eat, sleep, and breath SS".
You can remove the oil feed line(adaptor fitting), from the side of the block. Then put a pipe plug in it and start the truck with no turbo installed. That will eliminate the turbo and let you continue to diagnose the engine.
The "trick" is to read first, work second.

An M1009 has a 27 gal tank.
I go about 120 miles(m1008) between fill-ups, that's every 2 hours on a highway trip. I have squeezed 16 gallons in, and I have not run out.

Please explain one senario where an "armored vehicle" is useful or needed, in a "legal situation".
I wonder why the Military (or any security vehicle companies) does not make " armored" vehicles using phonebooks.
They don't charge in series. They charge each battery individually.
You can use whatever 12 volt alternator you can fit on, on the drivers side(front battery).
You can also replace the broken case half, on your alternator.
