a weak exhaust spring or burnt exhaust valve, a broke spring will give ypu a click, almost has to be exhaust because of the sound , dont beleive you would here the sound if its intake, just get the vibration

id say a BURNT valve rather then a stuck valve, at low rpm you will get the dead cylinder hence the sound and the vibration, as the rpm picks up there is enough rpm to give some compression and a hot cylinder 211 you beat me to it

dropping the front drive shaft wont help in turning, dropping the rear driveshaft between the rear axles will,

the air shut off is a mwo, this was so the 5Ts could be towed without the front axle being engaged, it does work, the front axle free wheels, the 819 has a air switch that cuts the air, and YES you can get stuck with the air shut off, but you dont need to ask me how i KNOW :oops: a deuce air...

my 819 with stock 1200s does not like long hills, at times droped into 3rd, the problem is the crap trans, a 4 speed with od., the hole between 3rd and forth is so bad , you are over tacking or luging. a 8 or ten speed or a aux. box behind the xcase would make a lot better road driving truck

well, my trip home and in turn the GA. MV rally got cancelled at the last minute, had to run crane because the crane op. i replaced went hunting last Friday and proceed to fall out of his deer stand and break his leg. now with that said, the rally was supposed to be in full GO mode Friday...

as far as the air hook up goes, the 5ts have air glad hands with on/off valves on the front just for this reason
