What's the history behind the teal blue color that seems to be a part of almost all the Russian service branches?
I've noticed it in the aircraft, the subs, and I think recall seeing it used on some miscellaneous vehicles also.
I like that Russian blue. Does anybody know what that is all...
I'm not familiar with smoothbore guns, is this something common to armor:
- How does the gun handle its shells without any rifling, does it fire a fletchette round or something?
Good price there.
And when you know you're getting the best, it always makes it worth the cost. Nothing half-way; do it right or just don't do it at all.
I recall USSR posting something about some upcoming tank games in Russia:
- Anybody know if the U.S. participates?
I wouldn't think you'd want to tip your hand in international competitions like that with anybody other than (generally) assured allies, but I don't know the protocol of war games.
Whoa, I just ran an on-line price check and they're not cheap ($400 +/- per pair), but I'm sure you get what you pay for.
I'm guessing these are the ones to get.
I hear you, but I think these rollers are rated for 3,000 lbs each (they're urethane, and nit just "rubber"). It was just a thought, Iwas figuring it might be a lot cheaper to spread two or three of these of-the-shelf items across the back than go the full-width roller route.
