    Generator on M109A3

We mounted a Honda 2000 watt inverter type generator between the front bumper and fender. Pictures at: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/deuce-modification-hot-rodding/63405-m109a3-college-students-community.html

    Inexpensive camper/utiliy box for m35a2

I would suggest adding a CO detector in the living area. With a generator close by, carbon monoxide can rise up and into the living area via a open window, crack, etc. We added one near the ceiling in the M109A3 for peace of mind when cooking inside or running the generator. "if you smell an...

    Failed Inspection... What Gives?

I would agree with derf, but change the wording when talking to the inspector to follow the definition in Article 100 (2005 code book) AUTOMATIC or NONAUTOMATIC for a transfer switch.

A Different Kind of M109 Conversion

I am using the same AC unit and have been happy with the performance. Black roof and radio gear makes it work full time but an extra circulating fan helps. I'll leave my MREs packed away and come over and eat with you! ;) Like the paint job on the floor.

I am looking to the MV Al-Can highway trip next year as a possible item on my to do list...:-D Maybe some of the...
