vin The 0125 would indicate a 66 or early 67. The high sequential number would indicate a 1967.

I am no longer deuceless...includes pics

When I converted mine to a dump, I had to move the bumperettes down 3" to keep from bending them and I moved the bed back one inch to clear the pintle hook.

    Yaller 5-ton wrecker for sale

Thanks, this has been the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I've lost 10 lbs since it started, and I wasn't trying to lose weight.

    Yaller 5-ton wrecker for sale

It looks like I have to call Mrs Battles and postpone my trip to AL. A pinched nerve in my upper back that I've been trying to get over for 2 months, decided to take 2 steps backward this week. Went back to the chiropractor this morning. Man I'm sick of this thing. I'll keep you updated.

    Yaller 5-ton wrecker for sale

Thanks guys. If I can get it running with some brakes, I can leave it at my son's in Calhoun Ga, about 60 miles. This is an International M62, does anyone know if the brake parts (hydrovac and M/C) would be the same as a multifuel deuce? I'm assuming its not air brakes.

Well, I've given you guys some time. If you want the yellow wrecker, now's your time. If it isn't sold by Friday, I plan to be in Leesburg AL Sat morning the 12th. I talked to Mrs Battles and told her what my plans are. I don`t really need the truck(I do want it) but I couldn't sit by and see it...

    GSA trucks for sale

GSA listed some in Medon TN today. Some of them look rough, but some are really great trucks. I have 2 I bought from GSA, my red deuce with 3300 miles in excellent condition, and my 86 M35A2C I bought in GA and drove 200 miles home without doing anything to it. Paid total cost less than $2000.00...

vin I would need the vin number from the frame on the left frame rail just in front or behind the front axle.

    Need your VIN number

vin This is pretty much all the info I have. I've only owned one older truck , a 1962 Studebaker M35A1. Kaiser seemed to be pretty consistent with the yearly Vin change. When AM G began the production they evidently continued on with the 05. AM G doesn't seem to follow a yearly designation, but...

    Need your VIN number

that vin 0525 would indicate a 1970 M35A2 regular bed, probably AM general. It might be 71 0r 72 as AM G seemed to use the first 2 letters over several years. I have a 77 thats 06 and a 86 that`s 09.

    Need your VIN number

0125 should be a 1966 or early 1967. The 36424 being a high number would seem to be a 67. But even that can be hard to tell, sometimes. I have a 66 M45A2 that was built by Kaiser in 66, but Ward Lafrance didn't finish the fire body and deliver the truck until 1968. On a 0539 truck I don't know...

    Need your VIN number

I don't know what upgrades they did. I assume they repaired everything that was needed. The original bed could have been damaged and replaced at any point.

    Need your VIN number

The bed must have been changed 40 usually designated a regular bed. That should be a 1969 Kaiser M35A2 with regular bed (25) . Hope this helps
