Filters on. Found a throttle control and cable at NAPA. Thanks for the guidance.
New issue though.
When I switch the unit to on, the electric fuel pumps will not run. When I turn the battle short on, the fuel pumps run, but the no fuel light comes on. 10 gallons in the tank, but guage readon...
Thanks. The Napa part numbers linked in on of the relies seem to be the right size.
Next issue, The set does not have the "throttle" or frequency adjust knob that my 802 or 803 has. I looked through the P manual and did not see one. Are these supposed to have those? Also the bolts that hold...
Working on a MEP 004 picked up at auction. NEar the water pump and on the left side of the engine are two bare hose barbs 1/2 or 3/4 inch. I'll attach photos. I am wondering if a hose just goes between these? Also, does anyone have a current civilian air filter number for this. I have looked...
After much messing around and looking for part numbers I found a replacement MEP 802A water pump for significantly cheaper than most people want. It was on Amazon. You can find it at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JLBW3BS/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A12JDR3I03IC92
It comes...
My dad bought a 004 at auction and it is missing the Oil Dipstick, and the terminal connector board (lugs you put the loads into). Does anyone have a source for these? I think I found a dipstick on E bay maybe, but the terminal board I am striking out on finding.
Thanks!

Girlfriend also lives off grid and her 802A water pump shaft came apart and so we need a new water pump and fan blade. Have called Green Mountin several times with no return calls in the last 3 weeks so searching on here. Anyone have any suggestions?

My dad bought a 004 at auction and I picked it up for him. So far other than filters, I am seeing it needs a oil dipstick and the load terminal board where you wire in the loads to the genset. I am unable to find the dipstick anywhere, I have the NSN for it. The load Terminal I cannot even find...
I have a M116A3 trailer I sold a mep 802A off of, and my dad just bought a 15KW gen (MEP 804A I think). Gen weight is just over 2k and data plate on trailer says max load is little over 3K. Anyone ever try and mount a bigger genset on one of these?

Thanks. Very easy way to not have to run a long return line to the tank. Total cost right at $100 with the Tiger loop and fittings needed. Easily reversible if need be as well.

I have many people I set generators up for that want to use them plumbed into a 300 gallon fuel tank here. I have had two problems with aux fuel systems. One the pump would not come on the other it shut off too late. I spent time trying to fix both before I tried to just bypass everything all...
Similar to this with the exceptions of no shore power, and gen goes right into the inverter with ground, N and 2 hots. No "Main Panel" the main panel is after the inverter.

How do I accomplish that? It is what I have been thinking I need to do. I have had no problems with Short Circuit on any of the 802 or 803s I have installed with the exception of the two I have connected to these model inverters. Its driving me nuts. I have seen another post that says disconnect...
