I am just about done with the rebuild but nobody seems to know anything about the oring between the two big piston halves. It looks beveled. The kit did not come with it either.

Hi all. I'm rebuilding my airpack and noticed teflon tape on the threads of all the non-compression fittings. Is that the best idea or should I use a liquid thread sealant?

I am trying to validate my heater hoses against the PS article below. Is my top hose where it should be? I can't really tell from the quality of the picture.

I found what I was looking for. It was Bonedoc's M35A2 build thread that had all the photos of the colored lines. Thanks all.

Somebody had done their emergency air line in red, service air line in blue, fuel return lines in yellow, etc. It was 4-5 colors. It looked like a rainbow from their photos.:)

Went to the Home Depot and bought multiple carts full of lumber. Had some of the boys working there help me push the carts outside. I told them to wait while I go get the car.rofl

It probably was him. I like reading his posts. I checked the one above. However, the one I am looking for was the one with a bunch of photos and people bragging about how clean the install was. Maybe he will respond.

I am trying to find a Deuce build thread I read earlier. The poster had an awesomely clean Deuce build with different color nylon lines installed for air, fuel and vent. Anyone know the build I a referring to? They had used blue, red, yellow etc. to distinguish the different uses.
