one could be wired wrong. when truck is off the voltmeter should turn off or it could drain the battery. may take a while to drain. disconnect the batteries and turn key on meter should read zero. connect battery and meter should read battery volage

old dodges, clean fresh grounds. remove and clean/replace battery to engine ground. also engine to firewall ground. I ran new grounds from the ecu to firewall to engine block and an extra from battery to body. the more the merrier. also look in to amp gauge by-pass. Catalog

if this is on a m880 you SHOULD do headlight relays and amp gauge by pass. Catalog click on "catalog" to go to links for by-pass and relay. did this on my 69 car and 84 truck works like a champ. the led tail lights will need an "led flasher" unit. the standard flasher is like a circiut braker...

order a sand blaster from harbor freight. get play sand from home depot in the bag (dry). get a metal strainer. strain sand to remove pebbles, this takes some time but better than clogging nozzle. also get a GOOD filter mask, and eye protection wear long sleeves and long pants and gloves. An...

my ramcharger did the samething. the thermo gasket was going bad. a small leak that only showed underpressure. get a coolent system tester ( a big pump that fits on radiator cap with gauge) , fill system and pump up watch gauge and for leaks. good luck. joe
