    Bled out the lines with the truck running... seems to be doing better. got up to 45-48 mph on the drive from vb to ches approx. 30 miles. could still be better- any other suggestions?

    fired her up-with ether. question- the top rail is for fuel return/extra correct? I have fuel coming OUT of the front copper line closest to the compressor- grrrrr. an explanation of the fuel delivery process would be greatly appreciated. Also- losing topend speed - maxes out at 35-40 mph.

    Actually they work extremely well. Quite a big difference between these and the ones i got from memphis.these seem brighter-they are sylvania xtra vision 6024(and cheaper,too $12 vs. $30)

    I talked to her husband the night it happened. He said he wanted to make me 'aware' of the accident in case there was any damage to the truck...he-he. I asked if his wife was blind. He didn't like that much. He really didn't like having to explain to his insurance company what type of truck it...

    :?: What happens when your neighbor's wife backs a toyota corolla into the rear mudflap on your deuce? The pix tell all :shock: It did slightly bend my flap... I wonder if i can file a claim against them...maybe get a new truck or at least a new paint job :wink:

    I installed a qd directly on the airpack under the truck. [thumbzup] I plan on setting up permanent airhose somewhere?! p.s I dont use a regulator as there is only approx. 90 PSI in the system anyway.

    Too far for me ,also. The guy is in tularosa (?), NM and his number is 505-585-3167. Theier seems to be several good parts still on it...windshields...lights,etc. Maybe someone can get it and we could get some parts from them? :jumpin: [thumbzup] :wink:

    Deuce muffler bracket

    I bought a muffler for my deuce- it does help with the screaming turbo. It is still rather loud though and my kids wear shooting 'ears' since I don't have an intercom either :( Anywho... just make sure the muffler you get is for a diesel engine or it could get clogged up. I got mine at Virginia...

    I bought a set of the pads last year from white owl...I cant recall the exact price but they did give me a box of the rivets to install the new pads on the old hdware :)

    I noticed that a couple of my ndcc tires have the addt'l grooves cut in them. They came that way from uncle sugar. :)
