We've had tickets since February. Purpose for going is to learn and catch up with our ADV friends on the 2 wheel side. Want to absorb as much as possible, before we begin our Hab build.
Probably getting there Wednesday, so look for us!

I've always thought it would be great to have the 'wind wing' in the front doors for added ventilation. I would imagine these would need to be sourced from MAN in Europe though..

I am nearly finished with my steering wheel upgrade. We are going with a Forever Sharp 18". I used a stock hub removed from a BTS stock steering wheel. The new adapter is being machined to mate up to the new steering wheel. I'll post up some pics when done.

Can anyone tell me where in the TM it covers replacement of the front third member?
I must be 1078 TM challenged, but am not having much luck locating it..

Thanks Snowtrac.
I looked up Blaylock Turbos and just had a pleasant conversation with Jim Blaylock, the owner. I gave him my engine number (3116) and he promised to follow up with additional information on their proprietary technology, the 'switch blade' turbo. This is a boost limiting device...
Front Drive Shaft - Epilogue

My co-pilot and I put 40 miles on the newly installed setup...

Manual CTIS
I've been running my CTIS in manual mode for over a year and would never go back to the computer setup. I did this primarily for reliability in the field, and flexibility in what pressures I can select.
Be careful with using too small a fitting as it will limit your fill times. I...

Front Prop Shaft, Finale..
Luckily I had some meetings in Reno this morning, so I dropped off the front prop shaft at Drive Line & Gear around 11:30 am. It was ready by 2:30 pm!
Per the attached photo, this is what an 'out-of-time' shaft looks like. The yokes must be timed to cross over each...
