SS, Has anyone found an electronic copy of the Deuce Turbocharger manual? I have found a couple different manual numbers, but haven't found anything via google search (and here I thought google knew more than God!). I tried LOGSA, but it appears you have to have some credentials to search...

JCKnife, I am in Southern Indiana (Columbus). I have the M35 that is running but not "pretty" (it has become a Haspin 6 wheel truck!). The M109A3 is off the ground on 6 jackstands awaiting a bearing repack and rebuild. I can likely have it back together by then, but that assumes Murphy...

JCKnife, Did you pull the bushings from their spacer plates? If you are asking about installation of the bushing into the plate, I would use some red loctite during assembly. If you are asking about sealant between the king pin itself and the bushing... Aboslutely DO NOT use sealant there...
