From the home office in Wahoo, Nebraska, the top ten things I'd like to do to my deuce are.
10. LED taillights/front composite lights
9. Install jeep heater for those wintertime drives
8. Vernier throttle control
7. Install 24v/12 inverter for parade lighting
6. rotating amber...
I'm not sure if the idle is a problem or not. If the RPM's were changing without you touching the gas pedal, it seems kind of extreme. I'd be worried about your temperature being pegged high @ 240, as well as your air pressure. I believe the TM says normal air pressure is 105 psig, and normal...
Flags are 3 x 5, conduit is 10' x 1". Photo is from the 2011 Virginia International Tattoo, where I had my truck on display along with a WWI biplane and a English double-decker bus. I'm using wooden flagpoles in this picture.
A lot of you will see this twice, but it's appropriate....I used electrical conduit with eyebolts and carabiners to hang flags from. Always fly the US flag from the right front corner, and higher than whatever you fly on the left. I just got some nice wooden flagpoles from an event, so I've...

Swapped out stock taillights for Grote LED's, replaced mudflaps with longer ones, painted cargo cover (or most of it, anyway), made video of taillights comparing them, and worked 5 12 hour shifts.
1966 M35A2 with low headlights, by the way....
I recently bought a pair of tan Grote LED taillights and am installing them on my M35A2. I made a video comparing the Grote LED to the stock bulb-style lights.
I did a quick search, and while people have posted pics of their lights, the search engine didn't come back with any video results...
It takes a 1" wrench to remove the primary fuel filter. I had a hard time removing one once then took a good second look and found the wrench was binding up on me. I repositioned the wrench and the nut came loose pretty easily.
When I replaced my windshields, I left the screws that hold the windshield to the upper frame loose and just ran a bead of silicone in there to replace the gasket. So far, no leaks. But if you can find the gaskets by all means replace them.
I visited the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada recently, and took some pictures. The majority of their aircraft are in flying condition and do the airshow circuit in the summer. They have the only flying Avro Lancaster 4-engine bomber in North America, as well as...
As for separating for sale and WTB, I agree. I hate looking through the classifieds and find the item I'm looking for, only to see it's someone else looking for it too.
And if you're selling someone, make it mandatory to list the price you want. You know what you want for it, don't make me...
