I've read through the post's reguarding soda blasting but no answer to my question. I've got a 20 gallon blaster that's been converted to use soda but how much soda should it take to do one of my 1008's. I don't want to make but one trip to the supply store and really have no idea how much soda...
That's a bad deal. I've always been afraid that would happen to mine. Hopefully there's a solution. You said the starter was shifted out of position, was the brace attached to the front of the starter ?
At my business, I have a fuel tank with off-road diesel (red dye) in it for my loaders. Would i be better off to use that fuel instead. The fuel company says it's "not" ultra-low sulfer.
Find a civy 6.2 in the junk yard and rob the intake muffler. It will kill the droning noise. I put one on my 86 model and it works good. The military did not use the muffler.:-D
