I got the deuce home (yes pictures attached). The engine plate says it has a LD-465-1. It has a turbo on it was that put on later? It says it was overhauled at Ft. Hood but I can't make out the date, can anyone make out the date? What do the numbers about the MWO Applied stand for? Thanks.

I looked at it again and it looks ( and sounds) like there is a leak (exhaust?) coming from below the crankcase breather adaptor, between the two valve covers? Has anyone had this and what is the remedy? Could it be a head gasket ? Thanks!

I looked at a deuce today and it sounded like it had a exhaust leak. When we hit the throttle it looked like some exhaust was coming out of the crankcase breather adapter. Is this just bad gaskets or does it mean somthing else? Thanks for your help in advance, this is a great site, very...

So, could you take both rear axles(non-steering), move the foreward rear to the front and make an articulated loader with hydraulic steering, using the same motor and transfer case?

Can someone tell me if the front and rear driveshafts turn clockwise or counterclockwise when vehicle moves foreward? Thanks
