Was down at Indy on Friday to pick up a 105a2 , Those 5 tons are huge, I thought about making a bobber out of one but after sitting in one they are too BIG. One the plus side my 105 had new leds on it. 8)
I would try putting it back to stock timing , you might be adding fuel at the wrong time in the combustion process and causing it to not be burnt completely. Good luck with it, I'm jealous , I have always thought one would be cool to own.
6.2, or 6.5, how does it run? I would do a cylinder drop test and find what cy.l is causing the problem, you just need to find why the fuel isn't getting burnt.
Was the Input bearing loose or bad? it looks like something got some play and let the shaft rub on the oil groves inside the release bearing tube/housing. Those groves keep the oil inside the trans , make sure they didn't get ate up, or you will be doing it again . good luck
Not to change the subject, but who got the one with a broken drivers window? When I looked at it you could make out a round shape, like it came to a sudden stop, hope the guy or gal was ok!!!!
ok, thanks , what ones are you all using, just thought Id use what I had around. don't all military trailers use a dedicated ground? well maybe not all civilian trailers do, good point .
ok, we all know diodes drop voltage , if you put the right amount in a row and use a metal tube to hold them in place , it should drop the voltage to 12 volt or around that even 14-15 would work. If you got a pigtail like Artisam said and a trail plug for the other end. Then just put one...
Whats the big deal, if you have parts falling off your truck , what makes you think the DOT isn't in a town near you already watching and waiting ? I for one am glad they are out making the road safe for my wife and daughter, there is some real junk out on the roads.
Yes , there are some expert welders out there that can weld rims just fine , just not me, I wouldn't trust my own welds on a rim to hold up to the off road torture . but there are many ways to do a quality rim, I love to see how others handle a problem .
