Well, I had Uhaul do a hitch for me. I am pleased with the work. The bolts were badly rusted and missing threads. It took 2 guys almost an hour to get these rusted bolts off. It would have taken myself a lot longer to do the work. I didn't have Uhaul do the wiring. Pictures Below;
