I had their 700R4 kit installed a few months back, only needed to buy a 4L80 shifter to make it complete. Zero issues, money well spent. And it’s stage 2 so it should keep holding up.
Not sure what happen but all 8 Wellman glow plugs installed last April were inop....finally got a break from the polar vortex and got 8 new 13G’s installed. I did by pass the resistor until I can figure out how/why they all seeemd to fail seemingly at the same time. Feeling accomplished....
Why not replace or reinstall the card and use the correct GP relay, those parts are available......problem solved and the you can reference a TM for future trouble shooting. Seems like the easiest path to success....IMHO
Did you replace the Cadillac Valve? If you did and the old one was not functioning it most likely is the hissing noise the Cadillac valve makes. Loosen the clamp that's around it and wrap an insulator around the valve then tighten the clamp....like tire tube rubber or something. Worked for me...

You need to be running at the very least the minimum cold pressure indicated on the side wall. This is a must to dissapte heat, secondly, that tread surfce will not stay that flat at higher speeds. The low pressure will allow it to deform and wear irregularly. The edges will wear out...
I would like to install a working VRC 47 set in my M1009. I have the rear radio shelf. Would need both mounts radio/receiver any cables and the correct antenna to include base. I do have the antenna mount on the side of the vehicle. Thanks.

My 998 does the exact thing you are describing when it's colder than normal around here, like below freezing....I also have 2 CUCV M1009's and they do the same thing when its cold. Now, no more worries until the next worry.... HMMWV's are FUN!!
Installed the cold weather grill cover and necessary hardware on NGOG1N...thanks again to John at Hillbilly Wizard for supplying me with everything needed for a perfect installation experience. Then I removed it immediately because it’s an unusual 55 today.
Remove all the connectors from the diamond shaped "junction" Its on the drivers side firewall next to the glow plug relay, pay attention to how you take them off, clean all the connections and the stud itself. Unhook the batteries before you do this....I chased a GEN 2 issue for days, cleaned...
