Yes all the parts should be the same, the only difference on the Timken akles is the keyway for the washer on the spindles is cut a little deeper, but not a concern at all. And the front axle will probably have the ball style shafts in it instead of the u-joint style ones
I have two kits as well on trucks that don't seem to be working either, I'll check those TM's but is there a common problem (quick fix) with these that make them stop working?
I just bought a slide style impact bead breaker by Ken Tool, got it on e-Bay for $150. It works great once I got the hang of it. Still takes a little effort but there is no bending or swinging a hammer over your head. Here is what they look like:

Funny you mention cement block (redneck jack stands) because that's about how much more it would have to raise up since I don't have the box on. That would really look good with cement blocks for spacers under the camper :D
Does this look too redneck? I just use this deuce to put my camper on when it's not on my gooseneck so it's not sitting on the jacks for a long time. Works great, looks funny.
Wow I can't believe I missed this thread the first time around! Nice work! Want to make one of my deuces into a dump? We are not too far from each other too, good to see another deuce driver in MN.
Man that truck brings back some memories! My kids still ask me what ever happened to the yellow dump truck that once enhanced my land! For those who don't know or remember that truck started it's journey up here in sunny Minnesota :-)
I sold a truck a while back and that very same thing happened a day later to him. Same place and it looks the same as yours. I think the rod is welded to the bracket on the end that goes onto the tranny and it brakes at that spot.
