So if I have say a cucv that's identical to the guy next doors Chevy pickup his can be reg normal but mine has to be military? Seems a bit unreasonable.
Can't you just reg it as a pickup truck? There are some really big civilian pickups out there that people reg for personal use. I don't see the difference.
22 is speed sensor. Cheap part easy to replace. Back bottom of trans. I have found one bad sensor can cause other codes if still being driven. I would clear the codes and see which ones come back first. I would replace the speed sensor especially if your speedo is erratic thats a dead giveaway...
Those look like air lines not fuel. Trace backwards from the lift pump. Did you replace the spin on filter on the block? With no large filter that smaller one might get pretty clogged up.
You cant really over pressure the tank it vents. On the A2 trucks the lines that come off the big separator in the drivers footwell area commonly rub thru.
You could parallel them since they are DC. You would need to make a diode setup like a reverse battery isolator. I have a bunch of the 952s I never got around to playing with them though. If someone had a 28v solar setup it would prob work well for backup.
Brakes, all lights incl running, clearly visible leaks, bumpers, seatbelts , windshield and wipers, horn and anything else they feel like checking. If they are making you do a combination reg put a sign on the truck "not for hire".
Low voltage will cause all kinds of issues. Do you have 4 new batteries? The wtec2 trans control is grounded via the dash panel. Sometimes adding your own ground is good.
I do sort of dislike that fact that at 55mph the Lmtv is revving around 2500rpms. If I could do 55 at say 2200 rpms I think it would be better for the engine.
Pump is behind cab. Integral reservoir. Check the fluid level. 5 flashing lights from start on the ctis or 5 flashing lights after it does an initial pressure test?
