Another thing that we did was drill out and install grease fittings on the two front roller axles on the front level wind (Zebedee idea), you would not believe how much better greasing you will get.
One thing to remember for those that have the 39 and 809 series 5 tons is the sprag transfer, to make the hubs work, the transfer needs the air cutoff mwo, this cuts the air to the poppet valves, putting the sprag into neutral, without doing this the transfer WILL think the rears are spinning...

Pull the pickup tube from the tank, LOOK for a rust line (this is where the fuel level was for a LONNNNNNNNNG time) scrap the rust line LOOK for a pin hole, this hole is sucking a tiny bit of air which in turn is causing the "run worse when it is lower on fuel"

My question is this, If I have a GA. blenders license ( if there is such a thing), I keep all my needed papers with me, WILL other states HONOR the GA. blenders license to cover the RED if I have fuel receipts from other states along with GA. ??????
I mounted a amber clearance light on the left and right front running light guards, and taped into the turn signal wire and mounted red clearance lights on the side of my rear composites, wired into the rear brake/turn wire. works fine, day or night, drivers on the side know what my intentions...
