Why do we need a special link? Its in the Resources menu (which oddly, it was on the old site too) and its also a link off the Random Classified block.

I have had my 1009 start at 5* without any issues (not plugged in)
Granted, I do prefer to plug in at any temp below about 20* just to be nicer to the engine....
I have a junk Minute Mount plow that I picked up last fall... I might do the same thing :-)
Granted, I probably have more use for the winch in the winter, than the summer! (and generally on the rear)
I used the tubing in the manner that I did, so I could hang the shackles from the front still :-)
The Fisher Minute Mount for these trucks are VERY solidly built. I could take some pics for anyone interested in how they look.
acesneights1: the only issue I had, was the tubing I used was 'taller' than the shackle mounts, leaving a gap at the bottom, allowing movement. I welded a nut to the bottom and put a bolt in to 'take up the slack'.
