how is driveability with these in the rears? honestly i like the idea but ideally id like a selectable locker like the ARB, however the cost is kinda prohibitive on those.
i dont need the locker but i have been stuck and would have liked it at that time.
I don't have anything to trade (well anything that will be of use on a 5 ton) but I'm in desperate need of tires and labor I can I can handle, besides I haven't had a chance to play with a 5 ton yet ;-)
yeah my thoughts exactly, weight isnt a big concern to a truck already weighing 15k+ so unless you can get that price below 300 each i dont see many jumping on them giving the options that are already available to us. also consider that aluminum isnt really the look most of us want so we would...
the next question opens debates from the past:
how tall is the lip on those wheels? there has been much said about mounting military tires on civi wheels and the complications of doing such.
for me i would rather a two piece since i can save money on mounting but if they where cheap enough i...

"delivery valve screw" as its referenced on the plate next to it (yours is obviously painted over). the torque 48 ft lbs and as stated prior if it leaking its prob cracked threads. its an expensive little screw if you can find it. be aware that there is a tiny spring that sits behind it and...
well its getting warm so its about time to paint up the deuce, thanks to my dad for purchasing a case of rapco for a jeep project of ours, i should have enough 383 green and black to do the job and ill order brown once i get some cash.
anyway my dilemma is that some areas of my truck have...
No I haven't really gotten that far into it, I've been slowly doing the PM and working my way from simple to complex while addressing necessary repairs. Every day is a new step. I've just been kinda scared to play with fuel pressure because I've read the horror stories and there are alot of...
I'll recheck the filters but I don't have any leaks so I cant Imagine them being the source (I've been wrong before)
When you say the starting circuit, is this something I can adjust or is it simply crud build up/worn parts? I was going to run a few quarts of ATF through the system when I get...
