    m35a2c clogged fuel system

I see now, the fuel control rod is part of the shutoff assembly. Mine is gummed up for sure. How did you go about cleaning yours? Did you also clean the IP head passages?

    m35a2c clogged fuel system

I have the same exact problem with a deuce recovered from Warner Robins. I just cleaned the whole system today, went to start and it was wide open throttle until the engine stopped itself. Scary!! Looks like I will be pulling the head off the pump tomorrow. My system was so gummed up...for a...

    Warner Robbins Ga. A2C's

One of mine was in Spokane, WA before it was sent to Warner. The other was at Patrick AFB up the road from me before it went to WR. Both of mine had the complete folder of papers including the original acquisition paperwork.

    Ga (Warner Robbins) to NH

I haven't installed the oil "spin-on" adapters or filters on any of my trucks. From what I have read, I believe there are merits to them. I just haven't been able to justify the cost. I also have quite a few trucks so if I did them all it would be very costly! However, I do have the primary...

    Ga (Warner Robbins) to NH

If you have family close by and can stage from there, then go for it. You might find a GA member that can help you get the trucks to your dad's house. Or worst case, you can pay a professional to take them there. I just hope your dad has some space for them and doesn't live in a deed restricted...

    Ga (Warner Robbins) to NH

Not yet. Might have ran when turned in, but the sludge has plugged the fuel system. Unleaded seems to dissolve the sludge fairly well. I put 5 gallons in yesterday and drained it this afternoon. I then put 5 more gallons in which will sit overnight until I can get there tomorrow and change all...

    Ga (Warner Robbins) to NH

xmission - do you already own a deuce? Do you know how to work on them? The reason I ask is that of the two trucks I just got from Warner, only one runs thus far and it has no brakes. SO, keep in mind that yours may or may not run and may or may not need a little TLC to make them road worthy...

Other that GL who is selling M109's or M35's?

If you want to come to FL, I am sure we can make a deal on a couple trucks. The LavaRok motor pool needs a wrecker, so one of the M109A3s and one of the M35A2s need to go!

    tranny Vacuum question

I set my m1009s at 13 or 14 at idle. Make sure your lines are free and clear from the top of the engine to the tranny. I recently had a line clog and it took me longer than it should have to figure it out.

    Warner Robbins Ga. A2C's

Trucks arrived this morning. Here are some photos. The '86 is the nicer of the two and it runs with a jump. The '87 has fuel delivery issues due to sludge in the tank...and I mean some serious nasty sludge! Big shout out and thanks to Mike Hatfield of MD Carriers for another great job! This is...

    1009 current prices

Prices are ALWAYS subjective. Too many factors influence price. What is important is if you are comfortable with the price and the vehicle. If so buy it, if not don't. ANYTHING is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay.

    Good idea for a stereo

Devilman did it in his M1009 build. I haven't seen the truck in person, but the photos looked good. I like the idea of the remote with stereo head unit that can be mounted out of sight. I think this will be perfect in my m1010 where the stock radio spot is taken with switches for the flood...
