Has anyone done a turbo conversion on their CUCV? I noticed that the M1009 is slow on long inclines and steep mountains, especially with a trailer. Would adding a turbo help with this? How about gaining a little power at higher elevations? Thanks, Mike Pop

I'm making my annual trip to Northwest Mogfest again. This time, I will be driving my M1009 from NJ to TN to pick up a trailer and then onto my home in NV. From there, I will drive my Unimog up to Oregon. It's going to be a long drive as usual but at least the M1009 can do 75mph. Mike Pop
