10K is not the max. That's a military rating. A 1 ton pickup can tow 10K. A Deuce will pull your 15K backhoe just fine.

If your injector return line is going to your FDC, then your lines are configured wrong. It should be tee-ed into the return of the IP head (towards the front of the engine).
