If you have this wired correctly, it shouldn't do this. How do you have the fan wired?

If you don't care about being OEM, just get two of the biggest batteries that Walmart sells. They work fine.

I should add, the left side port is metered for brake application. The right side port is tank pressure.

Are you trying to connect to the left side glandhand???? Plumb to the gladhand on the right hand side.

Here is a diagram. This doesn't go into taking the truck's load off of the flasher, reverse lights, brake controller, or aux power. ...But you get the idea.

I will make up a diagram tonight (3AM+). You guys know that you need a 12 V source on your truck. I suggest a battery equalizer.

Go by the tires. You limited your weight by going to singles.

Does it get worse when making tight turns? If so, you may have a failing axle joint.
