    Loading it up

Used the Deuce for some rock loads. This load was 13,880 Lbs of rock. The gross weight was 27,740 Lbs. The truck pulled and stopped just fine. Did have to use all 10 gears to get up to speed. It really made me hate stop and go traffic.

    Rolling legit via ITS corp

RE: Re: RE: Rolling legit via ITS corp An SF-97 can be used to obtain a title. It is not a title. It is a release.

    Rolling legit via ITS corp

RE: Re: RE: Rolling legit via ITS corp Let's all remember that an SF-97 is NOT a title. I don't see any evidence that you MUST use an SF-97 when titling a vehicle.

    winch driveshaft speed

As long as the required input torque is available, the winch will still pull the same amount at a lower D/S RPM. It will just take more time to pull. - IE line speed.

    Air shift question

I do hear a light clunk when mine engages. The steering wheel should flight you in hard turns with the front axle shifted on. If it feels the same as when off, then you have a problem.

Is this a post about installing these tanks into your truck, or is this a misplaced ad? :?:

    Hydraulic Heads

You should be thanking this Chinese company for making them. Who in the US makes them? Anyone?

Current draw from batteries with Master switch off

Yea, I would suspect a shorted diode in the alternator. There are not any electronics in the trucks to pull an engine-off current draw.

    50/50 Mix for Multi

Re: Centrifuge Interesting. If it doesn't work out for me, I guess I will have to thin it. I don't have 240V for a heater where I am keeping the setup.

    350 swap?

This whole downgrade to a carb gas engine boggles the mind. :cookoo: You can buy take out 6.2L Diesels from GL for $100-150 in can. I bought 2 for $300 (with all tax +fees) last year. If it weren't for my horse, I wouldn't have spent that year in collage.

    50/50 Mix for Multi

Re: Centrifuge Why is this so? I can understand WVO, but not WMO. These were designed for motor oil. I have a setup that I am 95% done that uses a 1970XD oil filter and a Spinner II 76 series centrifuge to clean WMO. I planning on not heating it. I should have it running on Sunday...We...

    Pre / Post Lubrication System...Done.

No, I wasn't planning on. Bjorn is absolutely right about sizing it down. Only one relay in the controller has any real load on it. The bulk of the system could be done with transistors or mini relays. It could all fit in a 4"X6" Box (If I were ever to sell a controller, it would be one or...

What lube should be in a winch.

So, I guess that leads to the next question. Does grease work just as well to lube the winch and steering gear box?

    NAPA Muffler

It's a straight through muffler. Your fine and there is no need to worry. Worry about your brake system instead.
