I have a trailer made with mobile home axles that my father had made when I was in high school (which was in the 70s). I ran mobile home tires on it for years without any problems. Several years ago I moved up to the tires they are using on the biggest houses. They do not have the Mobile Home...
RE: Trucks at Smyrna,TN
I plan to pick up the two I won there this Friday also. They told me they only plan on going every other Friday. They didn't seem to care when I told him Friday wasn't a good day for me, but since this Friday is a holiday, it is working out for me.
Sounds like you have done about all you can do and not make matters worse. I think that if I were you I would get a certified weight for the truck just to be safe. Thankfully stops llike yours are the exception and not the rule, but they do seem to be happening more often.
As far as my...
I think I would start with this one's supervisor. Because, after it was all said and done he still thinks you are doing something wrong. What are you going to do the next time you are out and he say "well I warned you ..."
I do agree with what the others said about keeping it positive. You...
My EUCs cleared a week ago but they only go to Smyrna, TN every other Friday. They are going to be there next Friday and I plan to pick up the two trucks I won. Are you and anyone else going to be there?
RE: Re: RE: Electric Gremlin-- M1009
The first thing I would check, is to see if you have 12 volts at the 12 volt buss on the firewall. It is next to the glow plug relay. It connects to the ground wire of the back battery and has a fusible link in it if my memory serves me correctly. The...
Maybe I missed it, but what did you do to get this all started? The best that I can tell, you were just driving your restored MV back from an event. You didn't even leave the fake 50 in place did you? And what form of commerce were you engaged in?
RE: Re: RE: GL Trouble
As someone who bought vehicles from DRMO before GLs time, I can answer the question as to why we don't get the SF97 at the point of sale. DRMO had a high error rate in filling out the form. They are counting on us, the end user to do what it takes to get the information...
Yep, both bright filaments come on when you power the tail light circuit and when you power either the left or right brake light, the dim filament comes on. I have a home made clamp on set that has a separate tail light wire going to each side. I will either re wire it or cut off one of the...
The NAPA part number for the 24 volt bulbs is 1662. They are made in China by Federal Mogul for NAPA. They are 24v 32/6CP. The store here had to order them but they came in the next day.
It is nothing like an EUC. You just fill it out and send it in and that is it. But then I am a licensed medical professional and I send in a copy of my license.
This is a different bulb than the ones that fit a composite light isn't it? I have a box of them around here somewhere but before I spend the rest of the day looking for them I thought I would ask. I am thinking that composite lights use one bulb for brake lights and another bulb for tail...
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Help M1008 and M1009
The AC=13G is the original equipment plug that is listed in the manual but it is obsolete. It was replaced by the AC-60G. You can go to GM part direct and plug in any 6.2 or 6.5 of any year and it will recommend the AC-60G. It is non swelling and...
