You may or may not be able to look at it and tell if it burned out. You will have to test it with a volt or ohm meter.

The NAPA part number for the 24 volt bulbs is 1662. They are made in China by Federal Mogul for NAPA. They are 24v 32/6CP. The store here had to order them but they came in the next day.
