When are you going to put lights on the boarding steps?

I have the local hydraulic shop repair them for me. That way I know the metal lines will fit correctly. The cost was the same or slightly less than a set of Made in China lines that may or may not fit correctly.

I have found two trucks that had the right side valve cover develop a leak near the rear of the engine. I noticed them when I had the inner fender out.

I mounted mine up under the front with a cable lift. I agree with Dead Parrot and have a ratchet strap holding it in place for added security.

Made this for the Convoy. Magnetic base. Holds a large Dunkin coffee with ease. Worked great on the transmission hump even thru the thick rubber mat I have inside. It can be moved from vehicle to vehicle and no drilling required.

As the temp increases the resistance of the sensor should decrease. 1.6 ohms is not correct for 40 degrees. It should be closer to 6K or 7K ohms. If you disconnect the sensor, the card will see a high resistance and should turn on the Wait light and send the ground command to the GP relay. It...

The common element to all of the non functioning items is Fuse #15. Check to see if it is making good contact with the slots that it fits in. The fuse could be good but is not making a good connection in the fuse box. Try replacing the fuse, it may be intermittant.

Sounds like your glow plug card is bad. Are there any other CUCV trucks near you that you could swap out a working card to see if the issue may be in the M1009? You can continue to use the bypass switch without any issues but make sure the card is not keeping the glow plug relay closed all...

The after glow period is based on the GP temperature sensor resistance and the voltage on the orange GP voltage sense input. If the engine is cold the resistance is high, as the engine temp increases the resistance gets lower and the card will not need to perform as long of an after glow. If...
