Yes stock gears, 16.00x20 tires havent checked milage yet, getting 3.8 mpg with stock tires pulling 95000 lbs going and coming home empty around 120 miles round trip.

Tactical truck, I bet your afc\aneroid(im not sure of the proper terminology) diaphram has a hole in it. The ip is not supposed to give extra fuel until it builds up some boost. If the diaphram has a hole in it the boost will not get to the proper place.

I think the adapter is going to work ok, I havent used it yet, spent today getting 395/85r20 tires on the m915a1 and getting 16/r20s on the two big trucks. I wont be using the adapter for a week or so... Ill try and get some numbers tomorrow....

yes and yes but when using the hydraulics and in gear you will have to be moving as the pto will not be turning under load unless you rev it up. Thats the way my m919 with the dump box works anyway. My 920 has outlets for aux hyd power but the control is behind the cab

both my m916 and m920 are lockers on both rear axles. my 915a1 trucks have lockers on the front of the tandem axle set

your batteries are so dead they will not take a charge or some are shorted. Put two new batteries in(disconnect all original batteries ), making sure to hook your slave cable leads and 12v leads correctly...
