You dont need to have spacers and drw hubs, its either or not both.
the drw hubs make the axle width the same as a set of srw hubs and the 2" spacers.
having a different track width is not a bad thing, it lets each tire grab and fresh ground.
RE: Re: RE: Spacer Kit for Hummer Wheels
no matter what the track will not be the same, the front axle is wider than the rear.
you dont want the track to be the same, the offset allows the front and rear tires to both grab and fresh ground.
there is a small square chip with three pins on the edge farthest from the gold contacts, does it look burnt?
the chip is usually the culprit. I happen to have a few extra from when i had to get one in the past.
I'm not looking at the schematics right now, but the glow plugs never get 12v. when you first glow the plugs 24v gets through until the resistors heat up and drop the voltage down to ~17 volts. This is why you cant put civilian plugs into the truck, they will burn up.
If you take a piece of...
do the lines feel hard? that would indicate bad rubber. you have rubber coming from somewhere and I would starte replacing hoses, to find out where from.
the oil cooler lines are a known issue with these trucks. I have replaced mine once and they started leaking again. So i got some hose barbs and clamps and made my own lines.
I run the "dean reed" metal beadlocks. they work great and are a very easy install.
I have swapped a tire onto a rim on the side of the road in 25min. (most of that time was fighting the lug nuts.)
for the trailer a m105 is too much weight to pull with our trucks, you need to find a m101, the m101a2 has surge brakes, and the m101a3 has humvee rims and tires.
