I know it sucks but there's really no way to prevent it other that penalties (which they do).
The question is, why would somebody run the bids up on several trucks knowing they can't or won't pay for them? Have they been screwed by GL and are trying to cause them trouble or are they just...
Chris, I understand why you've been busy and don't blame you a bit for putting the site on the back burner. What I don't understand is there have been numerous offers to help with the site in one way or another that seem to fall on deaf ears.
I know you can't just find another fill in admin on...
Frodo could be right. I went back and took a closer look at the pics and it isn't as bad as I initally thought. I guess I should have looked closer before posting  . Just as he said, be safe.
Good deal. [thumbzup]
I'd still throw it away though. If the ring won't fit in the groove with no air, adding air won't help. I'll give you a good wheel if you can figure a way to get it to you.
Just because I know how to post doesn't make me computer literate. :D
Thanks for all the "help" guys. I think I figured out the problem and was finally able to post pics.
Get that tire chained ASAP! With just 10psi that ring can still fly off and KILL you. It is very dangerous at this point to even get near it. That pic scares the he!! out of me just looking at it.
You'll be out a lot more than $35 if it doesn't seat and you air it up. Forget about the cops...

I was trying to post a pic to a classified add and got this-

I've seen pics from my cousin when they were running missions in Kosovo. They stayed at a 5-star hotel while they were there. He's got some cool pics of a gunship doing a flyby of the hotel at very low altitude.
I'll be honest, If I had took that tour when I was 18, I more than likely would have joined the Air Force. Shoot, I would now if I wasn't too old.
This was the first time I've ever been around the AF and saw how things work. They seem more "laid back" than the other branches. My cousin is...
By just adding a inner-cooler you won't notice much power increase (if any). What it does allow you to do is turn up the fuel more and keep EGT in check though.
There is a thread around here somewhere where a guy put a air-to-air cooler on a 5-ton multifuel. The front end had to be modified for...
The funny thing is, they fly some Russian helicopters and Lear type jets out of there. He wouldn't tell me much about them other than the helicopters were Russian.
My cousin was a gunner on the AC-130 before he retired. He now trains gunners. He's had some close calls with AAA on some of their missions. He says the best bet is the cover of darkness and the element of surprise to keep them out of trouble.
I really wish I had some pics but was told to leave...
WOW! I talked to them about a year or so about some and it was 30 cents a foot but you had to buy a 300' roll. That stuff must have went way up.
As others have said, find out what your codes are. It's very possible that you are in violation.
If you are in fact in violation, you'll have to get into compliance. You may could get a variance but if you've already got complaints that could be hard to do. Sometimes the only options are to...
