    the only thing that the light does is offer some resistance on the line to excite the alternator. most civilian setups use a resistor on the wire at the alternator instead of relying on the light.

    I swapped the bed on my truck and havent put the tiedowns back in. I'll have to dig them out but the original bracing is still attached to them.

    if you are referring to the spade connectors that plug onto the glow plugs, they are the standard spade electrical connectors (buy the insulated ones) just get some from the hardware store and crimp them on. Welcome to the site.

    All of the CUCV's have 32spline ouputs on the transmissions. as does every th400 out of a 1ton pickup, the 700r4 is more rare to find a 32spine, but the output shaft can be changed out.

    rough country shocks are rebranded rancho's, they ride for @#$@$#, thats what came with the lift kit for my truck. i dumped them for bilsteins and couldnt be happier. ranchos are the new "el cheapo" aftermarket shock. unless you spend the money for the higher end models.

    the bypass filter will still do its job, since the filter block has a restrictor on outlet to decrease flow enough so the filter can do its job.
