if no smoke make sure you are getting fuel. the switch on the injection pump may be shot. With 60* if there is fuel it should start if it is turning over fast.

You don't need to pack around the u joint with grease. now if is a CV joint yes you do.

Relay.. mine did the same thing. I never did replace it.. just sold the truck.

what other "high" power aps was it used? I have a spicer place across town from me, they could get my clutch and all that but no other parts. They said it was military only that they knew of.
