Yes the doors do just fall of the trucks. the handles brake off and you punch your self in the face, glass just falls out and smashes on the ground or will just blow up in the door when you shut it. The engine are ok but when its cold the injectors will stick open and smoke out the motor pool...

Yes it is louder because of the cold start timing advance. And I think the size ins in the Wiki or whatever you say it. Just order one for a 6.2 diesel and your good. PS I did not have any heater in my M1009 and it started at 5* no problem.

Green should = rebuilt Yellow should = factory but may have been rebuilt.

yes it can be replaced with out lifting engine. just replace the with a stock unit. they last 20 years and are only 30 bucks.

yes they will work but why go to a smaller rim? The stock is 8.5 inches wide. And that style looks like F#@% on a CUCV.

Seen it happen a couple of time on the right side alt on the cucv. Last time it brake off in the head and I had to drill it and use a EZ out. You can get them out, just have to take everything apart so you have room to drill straight.

The small block Chevy is the same way. takes out the rear plugs a lot faster. You can try going to a lower t stat.. like a 180. that will help some.

trace back from the starter where the main power wire goes.... you can always test the volts at the starter.. the big main wire is always hot.

you might need to open up the bleeder valve on the fuel filter housing on the engine but thats about it.

Not a bad lookin truck.. like the horns for the slave cables. A lot of trucks like that here on post.

Well for the most part.. the black out light are 24V also if you want to get all tech about it. lol

yes there is a copper washer in the body of the injector. Should be able to get one from the GM shop.
