Just to give you guys a hint.... I hauled my M220 frame with drive train on my car trailer and it is a 7k unit. The tires are 2500 pound rated and they were SMASHED!! That trailer was WAY over loaded. you better be thinking in the 8k+ range for a M35 frame and axles.

RTV.. or cut a new one out of gasket paper.

sure I would install a B&M RV shift kit. also use the adjustable valve on the side of the trans. also B&M to set your shift points.

just get some strapping. no big deal. I see a lot of depot rebuilds with a heavy bead of RTV instead of the strapping.

well the military TM is the same no matter where you get it, but I have the real paper military manuals (about 150 pounds of them) but I use a cd I got off ebay for 9 bucks. I got it from "Chq soft ware on ebay. also check out there web site at www.chqsoftware.com. its like 15k pages of military...
