You can try cleaning the card contacts with a pencil eraser. As the TM says, you test everything, then replace the controller if it still does not work.

Many of the parts, like the axle seals, are proprietary items only used on military trucks. You will not find all of the parts, in the civilian supply chains. You just have to learn(by familiarization) what you can get locally, or must order.
