Took my truck to my local guy who works on it occasionally. He is having trouble with the parts provided to install it properly so he says. It comes with a tee for the return i believe, but the inlet. The hose on the truck is 1 1/4 inches. So i need a tee 1 1/4 on both ends with the nipple 3/4...
I love my 1008 but man it sure can beat u to death. Am I crazy to think that possibly it could be smoothed out a bit. It's great on hard roads, but man my head nearly hits the roof on back roads or gas we'll roads. Drove 130 miles round trip with some off road and felt like manual labor.

Hello..for some reason my drivers window will barely roll up. Down is much smoother. When I bought the truck I took the door cover off and lubed and greased everything and it hasn't given me an issue until now. Took apart again, but can seem to figure out the issue..any ideas? Thanks and happy 4th!

Quick question..when starting my 1008, i hold the pedal to the floor until the glow plug light comes on, then goes off and module clicks, finally turning the ignition to start..forgive me i am a newbie but is this standard protocol or some mod added to the vehicle???? No problems just curious..

Well, drove the truck today..50 or so milrs..parked it and went to start about an hour later..starter jus cranked really fast...after reading it could be air in tank, i just unscrewd cap, screwed back on and fired right up like normal..after getting home, same thing..took cap off and started...
Turn signals were working properly, however now the selector is sticking. Clicks on and stays green..left and right...both front and rear bulbs are illuminating amd jus staying on. No flash. so that eliminates a ground? Could it be a circuit fuse or signal flasher in the fuse box?
I have read every thread in regards to 37" humvee tires. I have some 33" swampers and they were less then stellar in the first snow.

I have an aux tank in my 1008 that is leaking from the actual fuel cap...it has leaked alot of fuel..it has been parked on a slight incline. Not sure how full it is either as i jus purchased the truck...what gives?
