I can provide temporary (couple weeks upto 2-3 months) storage at my current residence. Most likely outdoors for a whole deuce, indoors for an engine. I'm in the middle of southern MN so it probably wont help many people, but thought i'd offer.

i ran my deuce today, wouldnt go a bit above 2400rpm on the tach, but while driving it home for the first time my g/f said i was pushing 60mph. i never saw the speedo hit anything above 52mph

Do most/all antique insurers require that you be 25 or older? I'll give Gulfway a call sometime today. So far 2 of 2 say 25 or older.

what about an IRC server and java client? that way those of us with IRC clients as seperate programs could just use that instead of using the browser.

excuse my ignorance, but what does the alcohol evaporator do for the deuce?

I'd like to know if theres a kit to fix it. My solution right now is some door/window weather sealant strips. At least when it bangs it wont be noisy and make me think the window will shatter.

Do these higher idle RPMs make a big difference in fuel consumption? I read somewhere that Diesels use about 10% the fuel that gasoline engines use to idle. I'm sure its a bit higher with multifuel though.
